Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your ReinventU account and associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account
In the ReinventU app (Android)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap your profile photo on the Home screen to open My Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm — your account is deleted immediately.
On the web dashboard
- Sign in at reinventu.life/dashboard.
- Open My Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account, then confirm.
By email
Alternatively, email drmspatil@odento.app from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process the deletion within 7 days.
What data is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email, display name, profile photo)
- Your Diet Profile and health-questionnaire answers
- Intake form submissions and drafts
- Saved recipes, readings and bookmarks
- Yoga progress and program enrollments
- Support conversations and feedback
What data may be kept, and for how long
- Payment & order records (amounts, dates, transaction IDs) are retained for up to 10 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law. These records contain no health information.
- Clinical consultation notes may be retained for up to 3 years where required for medical record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
- An anonymised deletion log entry (timestamp only, no personal data) may be kept for audit purposes.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to pause your program, contact your care team instead.
