Are your programs only for vegetarians?

While we specialize in vegetarian and vegan nutrition, our programs are designed for anyone interested in plant-based therapeutic nutrition. Many of our clients are looking to transition to vegetarianism or want to optimize their current plant-based diet with professional guidance.

Do you offer in-person consultations?

We offer both video consultations and in-person sessions depending on your location and preference. Most consultations are conducted via video call for convenience and accessibility.

What is the difference between starter and comprehensive programs?

Starter programs (from ₹1,999) are designed for general wellness goals like gut reset and stress management. Comprehensive programs (from ₹4,000) are for specific health conditions like diabetes, CKD, migraines, and mental health support, requiring more comprehensive assessment and ongoing support.

How long do the programs typically last?

Program durations vary: Starter programs typically run 4-8 weeks, while comprehensive programs range from 8-20 weeks depending on the condition and individual needs. The duration is personalized based on your health goals and progress.

What is included in the program fee?

Program fees include initial assessment, personalized nutrition plans, coaching sessions (frequency varies by program), yoga/therapy resources, recipes, shopping guides, and email support throughout the program duration.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for our comprehensive programs. Payment options can be discussed during your consultation booking.

Consultations

How do I book a consultation?

You can book a consultation through our Book Consultation page. Select your preferred consultation type, date, and time. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

What should I prepare for my consultation?

After booking, you'll receive a health questionnaire to complete. It's helpful to have any recent lab reports, a list of current medications/supplements, and a clear idea of your health goals ready for discussion.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for refund. Program cancellations follow our refund policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Can your programs replace medical treatment?

No. Our programs are designed to complement, not replace, medical treatment. We work alongside your healthcare providers. For conditions like diabetes, CKD, or mental health conditions, continued medical supervision is essential.

After the Program

What happens after I complete a program?

You'll have the knowledge, habits, and tools to maintain your progress independently. We also offer follow-up sessions and maintenance programs for ongoing support if desired.

Do you offer ongoing support after program completion?

Yes, we offer follow-up sessions and can create maintenance plans for continued support. Many clients choose to check in periodically for refinement and accountability.

Will I be able to maintain the changes long-term?
