Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy for refunds and cancellations of consultations and programs to ensure transparency and fairness.
Consultation Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy for consultations is as follows:
- 24-Hour Notice: Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.
- Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged the full consultation fee.
- No-Show: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged and no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment time at no additional cost. After rescheduling, the 24-hour cancellation policy applies to the new appointment time.
Program Refunds
Our transformation programs are designed for long-term results. Refund policies vary by program type:
Starter Programs (₹1,999+)
- 7-Day Cooling Period: You may request a full refund within 7 days of program enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the program content.
- After 7 Days: No refunds are available after the 7-day cooling period, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Partial Completion: If you have completed more than 20% of the program content within the first 7 days, a prorated refund may be considered.
Comprehensive Programs (₹4,000+)
- 7-Day Cooling Period: You may request a full refund within 7 days of program enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the program content or attended more than one consultation session.
- After 7 Days: No refunds are available after the 7-day cooling period, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Medical Reasons: If you are unable to continue the program due to documented medical reasons, we may offer a prorated refund or program modification.
- Payment Plans: If you enrolled in a payment plan, cancellation will result in the immediate payment of any remaining balance.
Personalized Nutrition Programs
- 7-Day Cooling Period: You may request a full refund within 7 days of program enrollment, provided you have not received your personalized nutrition plan.
- After Plan Delivery: Once your personalized nutrition plan has been delivered, no refunds are available as the service has been rendered.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Documented medical emergencies that prevent program participation
- Family emergencies or bereavement
- Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
- Significant changes to program structure that materially affect your experience
All exceptional circumstance requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at refunds@reinventu.life with your refund request
- Include your order number, program name, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation for exceptional circumstances
- Allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
- Program materials that have been delivered (digital or physical)
- Administrative or processing fees
- Payment plan fees or interest charges
Program Transfers
In some cases, you may be able to transfer your program enrollment to another program or individual:
- Program Changes: You may request to switch to a different program within the first 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability and price differences.
- Transfers: Program enrollments may be transferred to another person within the first 7 days, with a transfer fee of ₹500.
- After 7 Days: No transfers are permitted after the 7-day cooling period.
Service Modifications
ReinventU reserves the right to modify program content, schedule, or delivery methods as needed. In the event of significant changes that materially affect your program experience, you may be entitled to a prorated refund or alternative arrangements.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
