Shipping & Delivery Policy

Information about delivery of consultation services and program materials for your wellness journey.

Digital Services Delivery

Most ReinventU services are delivered digitally through video consultations, email communications, and online platforms. These services do not require physical shipping.

  • Video Consultations: Delivered via secure video conferencing platforms. You will receive meeting links via email.
  • Program Materials: Nutrition plans, recipes, guides, and resources are delivered digitally via email or secure online portals.
  • Yoga Therapy Resources: Video tutorials, exercise guides, and therapy materials are provided through digital platforms.
  • CBT Coaching Materials: Worksheets, exercises, and behavioral coaching resources are delivered electronically.

Physical Materials

For programs that include physical materials (such as printed guides, wellness kits, or supplements), the following shipping policy applies:

  • Processing Time: Physical materials are typically processed within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Shipping Method: We use standard courier services for domestic shipping within India.
  • Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included in the program fee unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Currently, ReinventU primarily serves clients within India. International shipping may be available for certain digital-only programs. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of physical materials, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Damaged Items: Please report damaged items immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement.
  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address was provided, we may charge additional fees for reshipment.

Digital Delivery Issues

For digital services, if you do not receive expected materials or consultation links within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please contact us immediately. We will ensure prompt delivery of all digital services.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
