Consultation Services
- Consultations are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid charges.
- Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged the full consultation fee.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Program Enrollment
- Program fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
- Program duration and content are as described at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify program content while maintaining the core value proposition.
- Refunds for programs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of program start.
- Participants who discontinue a program mid-way are not entitled to prorated refunds unless exceptional circumstances exist.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Follow recommended protocols to the best of your ability
- Communicate any concerns or adverse reactions promptly
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for rescheduling
- Maintain confidentiality of any materials shared during sessions

All content on the ReinventU website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is our intellectual property or the property of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Confidentiality
